Return and Exchange Policy

We are bound by the Sale of Goods Act (QLD) 1984. All customers, whether in Australia or Overseas agree to be bound by the legislation as prescribed in the Sale of Goods Act.


  • We are happy to refund or exchange items within 14 days of you receiving your order.
  • If you intend on returning or exchanging your purchases - you need to advise us of your intention to return or exchange your purchase via email
  • Returns or exchanges outside of this 14 day period, will be at the discretion of Looking Fine Equine.  


    • If returning a product or exchanging a product -  the product must be in NEW original condition, with original packaging and labels attached.  The product MUST NOT be used or worn in any circumstances.
    • If the products are not returned in condition as outlined above, the products will be returned and no refund or exchange will occur.
    • We do not accept refunds for goods worn or damaged as a result of use or misuse.


    • Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. 


    • Please choose carefully as we DO NOT offer exchanges, refunds or store credits on sale items.


    • We will pay the return shipping cost of the item if it is FAULTY.  If the item is not FAULTY.
    • If you pick an incorrect size, we are happy to exchange the item for the correct size or offer a store CREDIT, however the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and shipping of the new product.


    • REFUNDS attract a 10% restocking fee.  This fees is subtracted from the purchase amount and then the customer is refunded the remaining amount.
